Cancellations made after the free cancellation window may result in partial or full charges. Common scenarios include:
Some special offers or discounted rates may be classified as Non-Refundable. These bookings cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
A “No-Show” occurs when the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice. In such cases, the host reserves the right to charge 100% of the booking amount.
