Refunds (if applicable) are processed by the property directly. Riadma does not manage financial transactions unless explicitly stated in your booking. Refund timelines vary by provider (typically 5–14 business days).

Late arrivals or early departures do not qualify for refunds unless the host agrees otherwise.
