This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings made through Riadma. Since we work with independent Riads, boutique hotels, and desert camps, all refunds are processed by the respective property unless otherwise specified.
Your booking may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Some bookings—especially discounted or promotional offers—may be classified as Non-Refundable. Once confirmed, these reservations cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Depending on the property policy, you may receive a partial refund if you cancel after the free cancellation period but before the final deadline. The percentage refunded is determined by the host.
If you do not arrive at the property on the reserved date without notifying the host (a “No-Show”), the booking amount may be fully charged. No-shows typically do not qualify for refunds.

In events beyond anyone’s control—such as natural disasters, political restrictions, pandemics, or travel bans— refund decisions depend on each property’s internal policy.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. If alternative arrangements are needed, they must be agreed upon with the host.
Refund processing times vary depending on the host’s payment system. In most cases, refunds are issued within 5 to 14 business days.
If your stay includes additional services (airport transfers, excursions, meals), refund eligibility will depend on each service provider.
